You can cancel or reschedule an appointment anytime, as long as you provide notice by 5pm the day before your appointment. 

If you cancel an appointment after 5pm the day before your appointment, or fail to show up, you will be charged for the appointment. The cancellation fee will be 50% of the treatment you booked with a minimum cancellation fee of $25.
