Please note our cancellation policy: You must cancel or reschedule your appointment before 5 pm the day before your scheduled appointment time. If you cancel after this time or fail to show up, you will incur a cancellation fee. The fee is 50% of the booked treatment cost, with a minimum charge of $25.
